TASMANIAN GARLIC & TOMATO FESTIVAL
[ Sunday 9 March, 2025]
The TGTF celebrates everything tomatoey and garlicky - with tastings, produce, guest speakers, competitions and more - a great day out for all the family in the glorious Tasmanian countryside.
Up until 2024, TNG&T was proud to assist the TGTF committee by hosting this increasingly popular annual community event on our farm. After 10 years of hosting, we have made the difficult decision to close our gate to the festival. But in doing so, another gate, just up the road, has opened. Happily, the TGTF committee has packed up all its belongings and moved themselves 12km up the road to Quamby Estate at Hagley.
Tasmanian Natural Garlic & Tomatoes has always run a large stall at the event where customers can purchase fresh tomatoes and tomato seed, garlic and our extensive range of pantry items.
In 2025 we will be there at Quamby Estate with a wide range of produce, including as many tomatoes as we can possibly find.
TNG&T has been running a number of workshops for many years now. Learn from both Nevil and Annette on a range of topics. Keep an eye out for updates here or on our social pages, or book below.
Note: all workshops are subject to minimum bookings.
POLY TUNNELS ON A BUDGET

This popular workshop, run at various times throughout the year, will take you through the process of building your own poly tunnel, help you decide what size and type suits your needs and guide you on how to do it in a low-cost way.
